Here’s some facts for you that might be helpful:
They were created by ITV talent show Popstars: The Rivals.
The boys version of Girls Aloud formed on Popstars: The Rivals was called One True Voice, the band split quickly.
Louis Walsh is their former manager.
Cheryl Cole is a judge on the XFactor in 2008, her category is girls 14-25, Kimberley Walsh assisted her at the judges’ houses audition stage.
They have a diverse number of celeb fans, such as: The Jonas Brothers, Chris Martin and Neil Tennant.
The Observer has referred to their single ‘Biology’ as single of the decade.
Nicola Roberts has had a feud with Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles in the past.
Cheryl Cole had a guest role on Will.I.Am’s single Heartbreaker in 2008.
In 2008, they had a documentary series called The Passions of Girls Aloud achieving things they’ve always wanted to do (e.g. Sarah Harding learnt how to play polo).

In the Daily Mail today there was a whole article on Cheryl’s family and background! She has a 29 year old sister, a 28 year old brother, a 31 year old brother and a 21 year old brother I think…?

Basically she came from a poor background.
